Development Projects

Roselands, NSW

  • $90 million total project cost
  • Stage one construction commenced August 2018
  • Stage one expansion of the lower ground fresh food marketplace and an additional 70 new retailers
  • Creation of five specialty areas - Market Hall, Market Place, Atrium, Laneway and Pantry
  • Woolworths and Aldi to join Coles, Target and Myer as anchor tenants

The Glen, VIC

  • $430 million total project cost
  • Three stages have opened
  • Stage 1: a new Aldi, Coles and Woolworths anchor a fresh food market hall
  • Stage 2: a new food gallery with sweeping views of the Dandenong Ranges
  • Stage 3: H&M and UNIQLO anchor a new homewares, lifestyle and fashion mall
  • Stage 4 to open August 2019: new-format David Jones, 60 specialty stores and alfresco dining
  • Over 500 apartments to be built by 2021

Hotel Chadstone, VIC

  • $130 million total project cost
  • 13-level, 250-room hotel under development
  • Will include two restaurants, pool, gym, lounge bar, day spa, conferencing and meeting room facilities, and a ballroom for up to 400 people
  • Will cater for tourists to Melbourne and visitors and business travellers to Chadstone and the Monash region
  • Hotel on track to open November 2019
